Your privacy is very important to us, and we take all reasonable measures to have your personal information protected to ensure you feel safe and secure. This Privacy Policy covers how Web CEO uses personal information that users provide to Web CEO when they visit the SenderOK website and use the SenderOK software. By visiting the SenderOK website and using the SenderOK software, you accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Collection and Use of Information

Registration

After the SenderOK software installation is complete, you are prompted to provide your name, email and password to create your SenderOK account. The specified email and password will be associated with your SenderOK account to let you sign in to the SenderOK system.

Business cards

When you sign in to the SenderOK website for the first time, you are prompted to provide the following information:

  • Photo and professional headline;
  • Current employment (position and company name or occupation);
  • City, state/province, country;
  • Contact details (email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, instant messengers' IDs, URLs of Web profiles, blogs and other Web activities).

You can create up to four business cards (Public, Standard, Extended, and Special) composed of the above-mentioned information. The Public business card is assigned a URL by which it can be viewed by everyone on the Web.

The SenderOK users can access and change the information in their business cards on the SenderOK website by signing in to their SenderOK accounts. Please note that after your request for a change is processed, SenderOK website may retain for a time the out-of-date information about you in its backup and/or archival copies of its databases.

Mail database

Once the installation of the SenderOK software is complete, SenderOK analyzes your email databases to establish what contacts are important to you. As a result, the SenderOK software sends the list of your contacts’ email addresses to the Web CEO's server to be able to identify emails from these contacts as important. We do not intentionally use or disclose for intentional use your contacts' email addresses with marketing or any other lucrative or business purposes. These email addresses are securely protected and cannot be accessed by any third parties.

While processing incoming mail to identify important emails, the SenderOK software doesn't send any email content, subject lines, email account login and password information from your computer to the Web CEO's servers.

Partner API data

When you open an email from a sender that is unknown to the SenderOK system in your MS Outlook, Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, or Gmail account, the SenderOK software hashes and securely sends the sender's email address to the API of partner companies. Doing so, the SenderOK software attempts to make visible the shared data (e.g. picture, name, occupation) for you in the email header pane. The hashed email addresses of senders are transferred to our partners with the sole purpose of improving your experience of using the SenderOK software.

Use of Cookies

After you have logged on to the SenderOK website, Web CEO uses cookies to identify you during the course of your session. A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on the user's computer and contains information about the user. By default, we use a persistent cookie to make it easier for you to log in when you come back to the SenderOK website. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser.
