The SenderOK software is a free plug-in for MS Outlook & Webmail that improves your email workflow by focusing your attention on important emails. With the SenderOK software, you have your incoming emails organized by importance, and then you're alerted to the most important messages.

Once you open your mail program with the SenderOK software installed, your attention is directed to the important messages which have been prioritized based on the level of the senders' importance. The only thing you have to do is attend to the most important emails first (the VIP category), then switch to the important emails (the Important category) and then attend to emails which might not require immediate action (the Routine category).

In other words, you no longer need to scan hundreds of junk emails, analyze and delete unwanted ones, and then sort the remaining emails before you read each one of them. SenderOK does all this job for you.

This is a big difference between traditional spam filters and our product. Spam filters only filter out suspicious emails (good emails are sometimes deleted too in case they trigger the filter). SenderOK singles out important emails from the whole incoming mail.

How does SenderOK know what messages are important?

Let’s consider three possible situations:

	You’ve got a message from a person you have previously corresponded with. The SenderOK software analyzes the way you treated emails from this sender: whether you replied to them, forwarded or deleted them. This helps to easily determine importance of the sender.
	You’ve got an email from the unknown sender that is a SenderOK user. If the sender is registered in the SenderOK system, it's easy to determine their importance, since the SenderOK software knows about connections and authority of this user within the SenderOK system.
	You’ve got an email from the unknown sender that is not a SenderOK user. Even if the unknown sender is not a SenderOK user, we can still prioritize their messages. SenderOK checks whether any of the SenderOK users have ever corresponded with this person. This helps the SenderOK software prioritize emails from this sender.
