How do I add another email to the list of my email addresses?
To add a new email address to your account, please go to the Settings > Identities > Edit section and click the Add link. Enter the email address and press Done. After you are done, save the changes.
Note: If you use the SenderOK software, you can add new email addresses directly from the program (Settings > Identities).
Note also: When you first start using SenderOK, go to Settings and delete email addresses from which you do not want any business cards sent.
What’s the benefit of adding more email addresses to my SenderOK account?
All email addresses added to the list are automatically associated with your SenderOK account. That means your SenderOK business card will be added to the messages sent from these addresses, so other SenderOK users will be able to identify you visually and put more trust in you.
Moreover, all email addresses registered in the SenderOK system can be used to log on to your SenderOK account.
How do I change my primary email?
To change your primary email address, go to the Identities section, press Edit, and click Make primary opposite the email address you want to use. The SenderOK system will send you an email with a confirmation link to verify your email address. Only after you follow the confirmation link will a new primary addresses be set.
Note: The previously confirmed emails do not require any additional verification and will be set as primary without any confirmation emails.
How do I change my SenderOK password?
On the Settings page, find the Password section and click the Edit button. Enter your current password, then enter a new one, confirm it and save changes.
How do I customize my Public business card URL?
Find the Public business card URL section at the bottom of the Settings page, click Edit, enter the desired URL address and save the changes.
